    put in residential placement.
  • Families Reaching for Rainbows~support group and network of Marion County parents working together to
    fight for children's rights. The group primarily focuses on mental health issues and gives parents a voice in
    how children with emotional or behavioral problems receive treatment.
  • Back to Home~Back to Home is a crisis intervention & follow-up program serving Marion County families with
    children who have a history of running away or who are at risk of running

Children's Bureau
Children's Bureau provides leadership in the areas of social work management and administration through it's
advocacy efforts, community involvement, innovative use of technology, and continuous self-improvement. To
protect and promote the rights of individuals with disabilities, through empowerment and advocacy.
  • Wise Program~Works with children and youth with anger management, stress management, and life skills
    improvement. Clients who are served in the WISE Program receive home-based or school-based
    counseling, case management, crisis intervention, and concrete services.
  • Crisis Respite Program-Offers 48-72 hour respite (relief) for parents to "regroup"

IN Family to Family  
The Family to Family Initiative is a project devoted to linking Indiana families to people, information, and resources
within their own communities.  We bring together parents of children with disabilities, developmental delays or
special health care needs so that they can share their knowledge, concerns, and experiences with each other.
  • Indiana Family Involvement Fund - provides financial support for family members of children with disabilities
    to help increase knowledge and understanding of their child’s disability and/or the systems that provide
    services.
